Brooke Moss Floral Terms & Conditions:
The deposit is 25% of the final cost of your order, including shipping. (For instance, if your total comes to $1200.00, your deposit will be $300.00.)
The deposit is nonrefundable.
All sales are final.
Brooke Moss Floral reserves the right to refuse service. Disruptive behavior, harassment, safety concerns, or violations of the established rules will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation and refund of all payments made except the initial deposit.
Any cancellation made by Brooke Moss Floral due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e., health, family emergency, etc.) will result in a full refund, including the initial deposit.
Brooke Moss Floral is not responsible for any damage accrued during shipping. However, if damage is accrued, clients are encouraged to contact Brooke Moss Floral, as I will work with you to find a suitable solution or advise you on how to repair the damage.
An order with Brooke Moss Floral comes with two thirty-minute video chats. The first is done once the initial deposit is paid, and I am around halfway done with your order. (This is the appropriate time to bring up any adjustments or changes to your design.) The second is done when I have completed your order, but haven't shipped it yet. (This is the appropriate time to address any concerns you may have with the finished product before it is shipped.)
Final payment is due in full three weeks before your event date. For instance, if your wedding date is on May 11th, the final payment will be due on April 20th, so as to ensure shipping on April 27th.
Your order will not be shipped until final payment is made in full. Paying late can result in late shipment, which can be problematic for early bridal photoshoots, addressing potential damage, etc.
Any order placed with less than four weeks to complete will accrue a $200 RUSH fee. Brooke Moss Floral reserves the right to turn down clients who need a turnaround time that is too fast to create beautiful work. If Brooke Moss Floral accepts the client despite the time crunch, the RUSH fee will be charged.
